Return Instructions

Please let us know what the issue is with respect to a return at sales@summersunfoods.com

If approved, please follow the instructions below.

1. Package Your Items Please place the items in their original, unopened packaging. We recommend reusing the Canada Post Flat Rate box your order arrived in to ensure the items are protected and meet standard shipping dimensions.

2. Attach the Shipping Label

• If we provided a label: Download the attached PDF, print it, and tape it securely to the box, covering any previous barcodes.
• If you are purchasing your own: We recommend using Canada Post Tracked Shipping so you can monitor the return.

3. Drop Off Your Return Take your package to any Canada Post office or drop it in a red Canada Post street letterbox (if the package fits).

4. Your Refund Once we receive and inspect your items at our warehouse, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
